1. Canada
Pathways: Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST), Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Study Permit, Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), Family Sponsorship, Start-up Visa, Investor (replaced by Start-up Visa post-2014).
Licensing: CICC-registered Canadian Immigration Consultants. Verify on CICC public register.
2. Australia
Pathways: Skilled Independent (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated (190), Skilled Work Regional (491), Student visa (500), Investor & Business Innovation (188), Visit Visa (600), Working Holiday (462).
Licensing: MARA-registered Australian Migration Agents. Verify on MARA public register.
3. United Kingdom
Pathways: Skilled Worker visa, Student visa (Route 1), Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Health & Care Worker, Family visa, Visit visa.
Licensing: IAA (Immigration Advice Authority) authorised. UK immigration advice is regulated under the Immigration Services Commissioner.
4. United States
Pathways: EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-2 Advanced Degree / NIW, EB-3 Skilled Worker, EB-5 Immigrant Investor, L-1 Intra-Company Transfer, H-1B Specialty Occupation, F-1 Student, B-1/B-2 Visitor.
Licensing: US legal work performed through US-licensed legal partnerships. Profile review and documentation handled by Cosmos consultants.
5. Schengen Area (27 EU states)
Pathways: Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa for tourism, business, family visit, conference. Covers France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Greece, Nordic countries, and all 27 Schengen members.
Filing: Through the appropriate consulate or VFS/BLS visa application centre.
6. Ireland
Pathways: Critical Skills Employment Permit, General Employment Permit, Student visa, Visit visa, Stamp 0/1/2/4 categories.
7. New Zealand
Pathways: Skilled Migrant Category Resident visa, Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), Student visa, Visitor visa, Investor 1 & 2.
