• Profiles that cannot be matched to any case ID, contract, invoice, payment reference, or email record in our system.
• Comments where the exact same sentences, spelling mistakes, and accusations appear repeatedly on different sites under different supposed “names”.
• Claims that directly contradict our written policies, for example statements that “Cosmos guarantees visas” or “Cosmos sells jobs”.
• Posts that mix vague allegations with indirect promotion of “other consultants” or “better agencies”, which is typical of competitor-driven content.
• Abusive, threatening, or clearly defamatory wording aimed at damage, not at resolving any real issue.

Non-genuine or manipulated comments are treated as low-trust signals. When the same narrative is repeated through different anonymous profiles on platforms that do not verify identity or act on reports, it is recorded internally as a probable smear or propaganda pattern, not as credible client feedback.

Use of Non-Credential Platforms in Smear Campaigns

• Non-credential platforms and certain aggregators allow anyone to post “reviews” without proving they ever signed an agreement, paid a fee, or even contacted us.
• Some of these platforms do not provide a proper business dashboard, do not notify us, and give no meaningful avenue to respond with factual records.
• Reports submitted through such platforms often result in no action, no investigation, and no requirement for the accuser to provide evidence.
• In this environment, it is trivial for competitors or other third parties to flood these channels with repeated, scripted negative comments disguised as independent reviews.

Because of this structural weakness, content on non-credential, low-moderation platforms is not treated by us as a reliable indicator of service quality. The absence of names, the repetition of text, and the lack of response or report handling are all strong warning signs that the “reviews” are propaganda tools, not audited feedback.

How We Handle Fake / Harmful Content

• We log all suspicious posts internally with screenshots, timestamps, platform links, and observed patterns.
• We check whether any trace (name, email, phone, dates, case type) matches real clients in our CRM, invoice list, or agreement archive.
• Where the content is clearly fake, abusive, or misleading, we file formal reports with Google, 2GIS, social platforms, or the relevant host, even if the platform response is limited.
• Where there is strong evidence of a deliberate smear or competitor-linked activity, we escalate the matter to legal and cybercrime authorities as permitted by local law.
