How We Work

Every Cosmos Immigration application — Canada, Australia, UK, US, Schengen, Ireland, New Zealand — runs through the same seven steps. The process is built around an honest-answer policy: we tell you not to apply when your profile is below current cutoffs, and we never file an application we would not approve ourselves. The steps below are the documented Cosmos workflow.

The 7 Steps

1. Step 1 — Free Profile Review. Submit your basic profile (age, education, work experience, language test status). A licensed CICC or MARA consultant reviews it within 48 hours and gives an honest evidence-first verdict — including telling you not to apply if your profile is weak.
2. Step 2 — Eligibility Scoring. We score your profile against the live point grids for each destination — Canada Express Entry CRS, Australia SkillSelect, UK Skilled Worker, US EB categories. You see your exact score and the cutoff trends from the last 12 months.
3. Step 3 — Pathway Recommendation. You receive a written recommendation naming the single best visa pathway for your profile. If multiple pathways qualify, we rank them by approval probability, processing time, and total cost — not by what pays us more.
4. Step 4 — Documentation Plan. A complete document checklist tailored to your pathway: ECA / WES report, IELTS / PTE / CELPIP / TOEFL booking, police clearance from every country you have lived in for 6+ months, medical exam scheduling, financial proof requirements.
5. Step 5 — Application Drafting & Review. We draft every form and supporting letter. Every document is reviewed twice by a licensed consultant before submission. You see and approve every page before it is filed.
6. Step 6 — Application Filing. We file your application through the official portal (IRCC, ImmiAccount, UKVI, USCIS, BLS, etc.). You receive the official confirmation number and a copy of every page filed.
7. Step 7 — Post-Submission Support. Through to decision: response to additional document requests (ADR), biometrics scheduling, interview preparation if required, landing prep, and a 30-day post-arrival check-in for first-time movers.
