- Step 4 — Documentation Plan. A complete document checklist tailored to your pathway: ECA / WES report, IELTS / PTE / CELPIP / TOEFL booking, police clearance from every country you have lived in for 6+ months, medical exam scheduling, financial proof requirements.
- Step 5 — Application Drafting & Review. We draft every form and supporting letter. Every document is reviewed twice by a licensed consultant before submission. You see and approve every page before it is filed.
- Step 6 — Application Filing. We file your application through the official portal (IRCC, ImmiAccount, UKVI, USCIS, BLS, etc.). You receive the official confirmation number and a copy of every page filed.
- Step 7 — Post-Submission Support. Through to decision: response to additional document requests (ADR), biometrics scheduling, interview preparation if required, landing prep, and a 30-day post-arrival check-in for first-time movers.
