Work where the honest answer is the job

Cosmos Immigration has advised private clients from Dubai since 2014. Today we work from offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad, with Canadian files handled by CICC-registered consultants and Australian files by MARA-registered agents. We have completed 10,569 eligibility assessments since 2014 for people asking whether they can move to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK or Europe, and every answer is built on the rules as they are published, not on what is easiest to sell. If that way of working appeals to you, this page explains what it is like to be part of it and how to apply.

We are a mid-sized firm, not a call centre. People who join us learn a regulated craft: reading immigration law and policy as it changes, assessing a profile against live requirements, preparing files that officers can trust, and telling a client plainly when the honest answer is no. It is careful, detailed, sometimes slow work, and it changes people's lives. That is why it is worth doing well.

How we work

The culture you will be part of

Evidence before opinion

Every recommendation we give a client is traced to an official source: the visa rules, the points grid, the occupation list, the regulator's guidance. Colleagues are expected to check, cite and document, and are backed when they say "the rules do not support this".

The honest answer, even when it costs a sale

We tell people not to apply when their profile does not clear current requirements. Nobody here is measured on how many hopeful clients they sign; the measure is whether the advice was right and the file was sound.

Regulated standards for everyone

Our Canadian and Australian practitioners are bound by the CICC and MARA codes of conduct, and we run the whole firm to those standards: clear written agreements, no promises of outcomes, no shortcuts with documents, and client information handled with care.

Real files, early, with review

New consultants and case officers work on live cases from the first weeks, with a senior colleague reviewing every document before it goes anywhere near a client or a government portal. You learn by doing, and you are never left to guess.

A team from many countries

Our clients come from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Egypt, the Levant and across the GCC, and so does our team. Many of us have lived the questions our clients ask. English is the working language, and several of our clients' home languages are spoken across the three offices.

Rules change; so do we

Immigration policy moves every month. We share regulator updates, rule changes and refusal lessons across the team, and we expect curiosity: if you like understanding how a system works and explaining it simply, you will fit in.

Where you could fit

The teams we hire for

We recruit on a rolling basis across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad. Specific vacancies are announced on our LinkedIn page; the teams below are where most openings sit.

  • Immigration consulting and case management. Assessing profiles, recommending pathways, managing files from documentation plan to decision. Strong written English and a genuine interest in immigration rules matter more than a specific degree.
  • Documentation and compliance. Building complete, accurate application files: attestation, translations, forms, evidence indexes and pre-submission quality checks.
  • Client advisory and sales. First conversations with prospective clients, explaining what a free eligibility assessment involves, and setting expectations honestly. We do not pressure-sell and we do not want people who do.
  • Marketing and content. Research-led guides, social content and campaigns that stay inside the regulators' advertising rules and never promise outcomes.
  • Operations, finance and administration. The systems, scheduling and client records that keep three offices running to one standard.
  • Regulated practitioners. If you are a CICC-registered consultant (RCIC), a MARA-registered migration agent or an IAA-authorised UK adviser and would like to work with a Dubai-based client base, we would like to hear from you at any time.
What we look for

People we hire tend to share these traits

  • Integrity that holds under pressure: you would rather lose a client than mislead one.
  • Attention to detail: a wrong date on a form can cost someone a year.
  • Clear written and spoken English; an additional client language is a plus.
  • Patience and empathy with people making the biggest decision of their lives.
  • Curiosity about how rules work and the discipline to read the source, not the summary.
  • Comfort with structured, documented work and with being reviewed.
What you can expect

What we give in return

  • A structured induction into our seven-step process and the regulator standards we work to.
  • Training on destination rules that is refreshed as policy changes, not once a year.
  • Senior review on your early files and honest feedback, in both directions.
  • Clear paths from case officer to consultant, and from consultant to team lead, based on the quality of your work.
  • Colleagues in three cities who pick up the phone when you need a second opinion.
  • Work that you can explain to your family without hesitation.

Common questions

Before you apply

Do I need immigration experience to join?

Not for most roles. Case officers, client advisers and marketing colleagues are trained on the job. For consultant positions, prior experience with Canadian, Australian, UK or New Zealand applications is an advantage, and regulated practitioners are welcome at any time.

Which offices are hiring?

Dubai (head office), Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad. Say which office you are applying for in your email; some roles can be based in either UAE office.

Is there a form to fill in?

No. Email is the only channel for applications, so your CV goes straight to the HR team rather than into a database.

What happens after I apply?

The HR team reviews your CV and note. If there is a match with a current or upcoming opening, you will be invited to a first conversation, followed by a practical exercise related to the role and a meeting with the team lead.
