Background
Cosmos Immigration was founded in 2014 with a single thesis: UAE residents seeking permanent migration deserve advisory work where the regulated practitioner's name and licence are visible before any fee is taken. Most consultancies in Dubai operate the inverse model. Cosmos was structured to be the alternative.
Before founding the firm, Syed Jafar Sadiq spent earlier career years in business advisory and immigration support roles across the GCC. The firm has since grown to four offices and now serves applicants across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Schengen area, and selected European Union pathways.
How Cosmos engagements are structured under his direction
- Profile review first. Every engagement begins with a paid, written profile review against published criteria for the chosen pathway. The deliverable says which criteria your evidence supports today and which would need additional work. You decide whether to continue based on a written assessment.
- Named regulated practitioner. The engagement letter names the CICC, MARA, IAA or ABA-NYSBA-affiliated practitioner whose registration appears on each public register before any fee is taken.
- Three-stage fees. Profile review, file-build, submission. Each stage has a fixed fee tied to a deliverable. Published fee structure.
- No success-rate guarantees. Regulators in every jurisdiction prohibit them; Cosmos does not publish percentage figures.
