The honest note. If you're applying from outside Canada with no PEI work history yet, Express Entry isn't your route — you need the 9 months first. The realistic starting point for most UAE applicants is Labour Impact, which depends entirely on securing a genuine PEI employer offer. That's the conversation to have before anything else.

PEI can change selection criteria and points without notice, so treat any specific score as a snapshot rather than a fixed target.
