Note: Paid work for a UK company and filling a UK role are not permitted under the Standard Visitor route (narrow exceptions exist). We confirm the correct category before filing.

Resubmitting the same file is how second refusals happen.
No. Visitors cannot switch into work or study routes from inside the UK — you must leave and apply from your country of residence, and working as a visitor breaches your conditions with long-term consequences (GOV.UK). Anyone promising to "convert" a visit visa after arrival is describing a violation, not a strategy. Plan the proper route with a consultation instead.
