1. IAA licensing at the adviser level
New Zealand regulates immigration advice through individual licensing under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act, not company branding. The firm should name the licensed adviser who will handle your case and give you a direct link to the IAA's public register. "We help with New Zealand visas" without a named, searchable licensed adviser is not enough - and using an unlicensed adviser risks your application being returned by INZ.
Verify: search the adviser's name on the IAA public register and confirm the licence is current.
