International workers, students and others with the right skills, experience and education apply to the OINP for a nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ontario&#8217;s immigration program is the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Choosing this program offers benefits for many who haven&#8217;t had the chance to be selected in the Express Entry draws. Through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, people with the skills and experience can apply to be nominated by Ontario to become permanent residents of Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The OINP nominates skilled immigrants for permanent residence. The Canadian government makes the final decision to approve applications for permanent residence. The Employer Job Offer Category is for candidates who have a job offer from an employer in Ontario willing to nominate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under these 3 basic streams, there around 9 sub-streams:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a job offer in Ontario, these are the streams you can apply for through the OINP. To get in, you need to register your interest and get an invite to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foreign Worker stream<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply for the Foreign Worker stream if you&#8217;re a skilled foreign worker with a job offer in Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Student stream<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re a recent graduate with a job offer in Ontario, apply for the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Demand Skills stream<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re a foreign worker in an in-demand occupation with a job offer in Ontario, apply for the Employer Job Offer: In Demand Skills stream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a Masters or PhD from an Ontario university, then the following streams are part of the OINP&#8217;s Expression of Interest System. You have to fill out an expression of interest and get invited to apply if you want to qualify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masters Graduate stream<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply to the Masters Graduate stream if you have a masters from an Ontario university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PhD Graduate stream<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply for the PhD stream if you have a PhD from an Ontario university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ontario employers want to hire people with the skills and experience they need.
